Senior Photographer Oklahoma City | Edmond, The Photojunky!
I loved this senior session, I'm still going through editing and sorting through hundreds of images.
While on this shoot, I kept getting little glimpses of "moments" with this very proud mother, and the obvious close relationship she has with her daughter.
I tried to put myself in Kaliegh's mom's shoes... as a mother, you are more than likely present for every single photo session your child has from that first newborn session and the first 12 months of life, to every precious year that follows, the birthdays, the first cake, the balloons, the frilly dresses, the new hair cuts, braces on, braces finally off, and the grand finale seems to be the senior year. At this point, you either want to hold on for dear life and never let go... or you are gladly helping them pack up and eager to get them started on their new adventure, knowing either way, after this year everything changes.
This happens in a blink.
Right now, I am holding on for dear life begging my girls not to grow up.

This has to be one of my favorite sessions! Meet "J", 2010 Senior! He was less than thrilled to have his photos taken (like 99% of the mail population), and did not understand WHAT we were doing downtown. After MANY blocks of walking and playing around, I think he finally got it... either that or he was just playing along very nice. J is a very handsome young man, and my camera loved him! The overcast made for the perfect afternoon out.. no nasty shadows! I love these colors!

Meet Aleea! I've known this young lady for over 8 years and have watched her grow into an amazingly beautiful young woman! I was more than excited when I found out SHE wanted me to take her senior pictures. Aleea has a face that photographers dream of.. every shot is flawless, perfect skin, big light catching eyes, and a million dollar smile!
We had a great time running through Bricktown Oklahoma City taking these shots.. we were absolutely being chased by the rain.. dont get me wrong cloud cover on photo shoots makes my heart smile... drizzle mixed with cold does not, and this young lady was a trooper! She even laid down in the wet grass... IT WAS WORTH IT!
